Amazon is taking pre-orders for all formats – Hardcover is currently $10.98 if your pre-order, Audio CD is $23.00 if you pre-order and $9.99 for Kindle editions. There will be a total of 3 pieces to choose from Chris, Darren & Kurt/Blaine. How this will work is if you donate $15 you get your choice of 1 piece of artwork, a $30 donation will get you any 2 pieces of artwork and for donations of $45+ you can have all 3 pieces of artwork.  So if you’d like some beautiful exclusive artwork please donate!
