Chris on L’uomo Vogue

Today the world of television has been overwhelmed by the Glee phenomenon, series created by Ryan Murphy with the idea of redeeming the losers and outcasts in high school by showing them in a different light. This youthful group lives and deals with emotions through music. Chris Colfer plays Kurt, a young student who dreams of making it on Broadway, with the voice of nightingale and an eccentric personal style.

Born in 1990, Chris has already won a Golden Globe for best supporting actor for his touching performance in the most acclaimed show of the year. Colfer is also commited to writting and his first children’s novel The Land of Stories will be realised in 2012.?

If his Glee alter ego has a pronounced sense of style and is not afraid to experiment with his wardrobe, Chris Colfer prefers traditional clothes. His uniform for every occasion is  jeans (Gas Double Black), a dark shirt (Bottega Veneta, Massimo Dutti) and a thin cashmere sweater (Brunello Cucinelli). Even accessories are important, and Chris does not leave the house without a scarf (perfect the one by Rag & Bone), or a hat like the one designed by Junya Watanabe.

Lack of updates

I’m really sorry for the lack of updates lately, but I’ve just moved and I’m still waiting for my ISP to set up my connection. Regular updates should start again on August 12!

EMMY SPOILERS: Big Opening Dance Number Features Jon Hamm, Tina Fey, Joel McHale, Chris Colfer & Jane Lynch

Here’s my 2nd spoiler about Sunday night’s Emmys broadcast and it’s a juicy one: According to my source inside the Nokia Theatre today, the big opening number features host Jimmy Fallon coming out alone with an electric guitar and singing/playing “Born to Run.” Then he is joined by Randy Jackson from American Idol on bass. Then by a dance troupe consisting of Mad Men’s Jon Hamm, 30 Rock’s Tina Fey, Community/Talk Soup’s Joel McHale, and Glee’s Chris Colfer and Jane Lynch. (There’s also a very buxom blonde whom my source couldn’t ID.) Robin Antin, creator of the Pussycat Dolls, was choreographing. “I left at 5 PM. I think it’s going to take a lot more time to whip the number into shape,” my insider predicted.
